Tripp Guinn
Owner & Executive Chef
Tripp established The Catery on Broad in 2011 after owning and operating Carolina Café in the Dusty Bend area of Camden. He trained and worked with Mr. Jack Brantley for years. His love for hospitality, hosting parties and creating delicious food made catering the perfect industry for him! He enjoys meeting each client and creating a perfect, one of a kind menu for them. He is renowned for creating a wide variety of flavors and dishes. He is always experimenting in the Kitchen!
When he's not in the kitchen he loves to be doing anything in or on the water.

Deb Gibart
Events Manager
Deb joined the team in 2020 and brings years of event planning andevent execution to The Paddock. Deb assists each client through the event planning process with patience, grace, and inspiration. Deb is truly the glue of the entire team.
When Deb is not running The Paddock, she enjoys sewing, crafting and traveling to see her grandchildren.
Frank Thompson
eats Shop Manager
Frank manages our take home cuisine shop "eats" which is located on the back side of The Paddock.
Frank's customer service is unmatched and his flare for words serves the company well on social media. Frank is the life of the team and always keeps us laughing!
Frank is active in the midlands theater scene, acting in many leading roles as well as directing many productions.
Frank's famous line:

Event staff work part time and most often have other full time jobs. We love having a professional team that enjoys working hard and has fun while doing it!
